The card validity period is displayed on the front of the card. There is no other way to check it.

The China Merchants Bank All-in-one Card is valid for a long time:

The magnetic stripe ordinary All-in-One Card and the UnionPay Gold Card are valid for a long time;

The certificate for the International Debit Card and the UnionPay Gold Sunflower Card is 3 Valid for 10 years, the validity period is marked on the front of the card;

One-card IC card is valid for 5-10 years;

One-card M+ card: IC media card is valid for 10 years, pure magnetic stripe card Effective for a long time.

Warm reminder:

1. After the IC media card of the M+ card expires, you can bring the card and valid account opening certificate to any counter of China Merchants Bank to handle the expiration card replacement.

2. Currently, the validity period of the all-in-one card cannot be checked through self-service channels such as online banking, telephone banking, and mobile banking; if the validity period is marked on the card, the actual validity period is until the last day of the expiration month.

For CMB credit cards, newly issued UnionPay gold and regular credit cards after September 10, 2018 are valid for 8 years, while other types of credit cards are still valid for 5 years. According to the regulations of the regulatory authorities, in order to ensure the security of customer information and funds, the validity period of credit cards cannot be checked through manual customer service channels. It can only be checked after the cardholder obtains the card.
