The Ta vector of atrial repolarization is the connecting line from the starting point E of P ring to point O, and the direction and length of this connecting line represent the direction and amplitude of Ta vector. The following analysis items can be observed as required.
The shape of the ring describes the shape of the QRS ring on three faces, which can be described by circle, ellipse, width, length and narrow, as shown in Figure 8. Whether the outline of the ring is smooth, whether there is kink, passivation or "erosion", if so, the position and duration of the ring should be recorded. The rotation direction can be divided into three types: clockwise, counterclockwise and figure 8. The running direction of the 8-shaped ring can be divided into reverse first and then forward, or reverse first, or most of the running directions of the ring shall prevail. The running direction of the ring is of great value to diagnosis.
3. Running speed The running speed is determined according to the distance between light spots (each point =2.5ms or =2.0ms). If the light spots are dense, it means that the running speed is slow; The light spot is slender and sparse, which means the running speed is fast. The force and its time force are also called vectors or potentials. For example, the initial forward force is also called initial forward vector or initial forward potential. The magnitude of the directional force is in millivolts, and its time is still calculated by the number of light spots in milliseconds. ⒏ The vector representation of ST segment is to introduce a vector line from the starting point O to the point J, and use this vector line to represent the direction and size of ST segment (see Figure 6). The analysis content includes the shape, orientation, rotation direction, running speed, angle and amplitude of the maximum T vector of centrifugal branch and centripetal branch. The analysis method is the same as QRS ring.
QRS-T angle is the angle between the maximum QRS vector and the maximum t vector. If the T vector is in the clockwise direction of the QRS maximum vector, it is a positive angle, otherwise it is a negative angle. The unit is degrees.
