1. Click File-Options.
2. Click E-mail-Signature.
3. Click "New"-"New Signature" and enter the signature name, which means that a mailbox can create multiple signatures; After selecting the default signature, select the signature used for forwarding, replying and new mail. Finally, enter the contents in the column of editing signature, generally including company name, address, sender's name, position, telephone number, Skype, etc. Finally, it can be set successfully.
4. Exit and click New Email to view the email signature.
