Individual company registration process:

1. Company name verification

1. Fill in the "Company Name Pre-Approval Application Form" signed by shareholders.

2. The company name to be applied for is composed of four departments: administrative division + font size + industry + company type.

3. Prepare multiple company names for backup to avoid being the first.

4. The shareholder legal person supervisor signs the application materials and submits the industrial and commercial application materials.

2. Apply for a business license

1. "Application for Registration of Company Establishment" signed by the legal representative of the company.

2. "Certificate of Designated Representative or Authorized Agent" signed by all shareholders.

3. Articles of Association and shareholders’ meeting resolutions signed by all shareholders.

4. A copy of the shareholder’s qualification certificate or natural person’s identity certificate.

5. Capital verification certificate issued by a legally established capital verification agency. (The subscription system can be ignored)

6. Copies of the employment documents and identity certificates of directors, supervisors and managers.

7. Copies of the legal representative’s employment documents and identity certificate.

8. Proof of residence use (copy of real estate certificate, house rental contract).

9. "Notice of Pre-Approval of Enterprise Name".

3. Engraving of seal

1. Original and photocopy of business license.

2. Original and copy of legal person’s ID card.

3. Original and copy of the handler’s ID card.

4. Go to the official seal engraving company designated by the Public Security Bureau to engrave the official seal, financial seal, special seal for invoices, and special seal for contracts.

4. Go to the bank to open a basic corporate account

1. Full set of company information;

2. Lease voucher;

3. The original ID cards of all shareholders and legal persons must be present. If it is a sole proprietorship, you need to find the original ID card of another person.

5. Go to the tax bureau for tax verification

After receiving the license, go to the local tax bureau to apply for a tax registration certificate within 30 days. Generally, companies need to apply for two types of tax registration certificates, namely national tax and local tax. When applying for a tax registration certificate, you generally must have an accountant, because one of the documents required by the tax bureau is the accounting qualification certificate and ID card.
