1. Conditions for participating in the second stage of the examination

Applicants who apply for the Master of Engineering at Chang'an University in 2011 and have a bachelor's degree with a "GCT" score of no less than 178 points (percentile 30.8) , the "GCT" score for applicants without a bachelor's degree in the field of transportation engineering is not less than 194 (percentile 46.8), and the "GCT" score for applicants without a bachelor's degree in the fields of geological engineering, surveying and mapping engineering, and water conservancy engineering is not less than 184 points (percentile 36.7), and the "GCT" score for applicants without a bachelor's degree in other fields should be no less than 212 points (percentile 64.5).

Regarding the adjustment and admission process for the Master of Engineering, only candidates who have obtained a bachelor's degree from institutions in Shaanxi Province before July 2008 will be accepted. There will be no transfer admission between colleges across provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government); GCT scores are valid for the current year and the major field applied for cannot be changed.

3. Information to be brought when registering

Candidates who meet the re-examination score should log in to the China Degree and Graduate Education Information Network to download their "2011 Master's Degree Qualification Examination Form for In-Service Personnel". After signing, the form will be submitted to the personnel department (or archives management department) of the unit where it is located for approval. content in the form, fill in the recommendations, and stamp the official seal on the electronic photo and the "Review Opinions of the Personnel Department of the Candidate's Work Unit" column, and then bring the "2011 Qualification Review Form for Master's Degree for In-Service Personnel", relevant academic qualifications, original degree certificates and Copy for eligibility review. If candidates apply with overseas academic qualifications or degrees, they must submit a certification report issued by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education during the qualification review.
