This problem is generally caused by the system not getting the certificate information. It is suggested to uninstall and reinstall the KBao driver and try it.

Steps:

Uninstall the KBao driver through the computer menu Start-All Programs-ABC Certificate Tool Software-Uninstall. As shown in the figure below:

Then click on "Personal Online Banking Login"-"KBAO Login for the First Time"-and select the second step "Drive Download" through Agricultural Bank of China official website. Download and install. As shown in the figure below:

After installation, restart the computer and try the operation.
