Please reinstall the OFFICE control. Here's how to do this:

1. Close all office automation windows.

2. Right-click the Internet icon and click Properties or Internet Options under the Tools menu in IE window.

3. Click the "Settings" button to browse the history (IE8 environment).

4. Click the "View Object" button to delete the handwriting related files.

5. Click the "View File" button to delete the handwriting related files.

6. Click OK to close Temporary INTERNET Files and History Settings.

7. Click OK to close INTERNET Properties/Options.

8. delete the folder c:\ program files \ handshave.

8, open the OA login window, in the "auxiliary program installation" to reinstall the OFFICE controls.

9. Log in to OA again.
