According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, if the signature of shareholders is forged for some fraudulent activities and the amount of fraud reaches a large amount, it may constitute a criminal offence. Tens of millions of yuan involved must be investigated for criminal responsibility.

(1) fraud. According to the first paragraph of Article 271 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), taking advantage of his position, he illegally takes possession of the property of his unit, and if the amount is relatively large, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years or criminal detention; If the amount is huge, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years, and his property may also be confiscated, and he shall be investigated for criminal responsibility for embezzlement. If the equity is obtained illegally, it may constitute fraud.

2 fraud punishment. Article 266 Whoever defrauds public or private property in a relatively large amount shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance, and shall also, or shall only, be fined; If the amount is huge or there are other serious circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years. Fixed-term imprisonment of not more than ten years and a fine; If the amount is especially huge or there are other especially serious circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years or life imprisonment, and shall also be fined or confiscated. Where there are other provisions in this Law, such provisions shall prevail.
