The following family property owned by the insured within the address range specified in this insurance contract and listed in this insurance policy is the subject matter of this insurance contract:
(1) the house and its indoor accessories;
(2) interior decoration;
(3) household appliances and recreational articles;
(4) clothing and bedding;
(5) furniture and other daily necessities;
(6) gas stoves, gas water heaters, gas meters, gas pipelines and liquefied petroleum gas tanks.
The following family property does not belong to the subject matter of this insurance contract:
(1) Gold and silver, jewelry, diamonds and products, jade, jewelry, ancient coins, antiques, calligraphy and painting, stamps, artworks, rare metals and other precious property;
(2) currency, tickets, securities, documents, books, account books, charts, technical materials, computer software and materials, and property with no appraisal value;
(3) daily consumables and various means of transportation;
(4) property used for industrial and commercial production and business activities and houses rented for industrial and commercial use;
(5) wireless communication tools, pens, lighters, watches, various tapes, disks, audio-visual laser discs;
(6) using reed mats, straw, linoleum, wheat straw, reeds, bamboo poles, canvas, plastic sheets, cardboard, etc. as external walls, simple sheds and woodhouses on roofs, livestock sheds, toilets that are not integrated with insurance houses, fences, uninhabited houses and properties stored in them;
(7) houses requisitioned and occupied by relevant government departments, illegal buildings, dangerous buildings, illegally occupied property and property in a dangerous state;
(8) Animals, plants and crops;
(9) Other family property not listed in Article 3.
