IV. Stage arrangement
(1) Propaganda and mobilization stage (May 10th to May 15th)
1. Ideological mobilization. An all-staff meeting was held to mobilize and deploy the "Style Construction Year" activities. The main leader gave a mobilization speech to all staff and carried out ideological mobilization.
2. Find gaps against benchmarks. Formulate a benchmarking study visit plan and actively organize relevant staff to study in benchmarking units. Compared with the advanced ones, the focus is on the aspects of duty performance, ideological realm, work ideas, team building, mental state, etc., in-depth search for one's own shortcomings and gaps, careful analysis of the reasons, and research on countermeasures.
(2) Benchmarking and catching up stage (May 16th to December 15th)
1. Formulate specific plans. Closely focus on the various tasks currently being promoted, pool the wisdom of all parties, formulate implementation plans, establish goals and measures, implement responsibilities, and continue to make breakthroughs in a focused and step-by-step manner.
2. Implement “One Promise and Three Comments”. The party branch will take on its responsibilities and create first-class mission goals, make public commitments to the society through television, radio, newspapers, bulletin boards, white paper and websites, and accept public supervision. The unit leadership team schedules specific work every month, and reports on benchmarking and catching up at the end of each quarter, focusing on analyzing gaps and next steps. A review is organized every six months, and the review results are made public in an appropriate manner. 3. Regular visits and exchanges. 6. Work requirements
(1) Fulfill leadership responsibilities. The Association for Science and Technology has established an activity leadership group with Chairman Gu Qinghua as the leader, Vice Chairman Liu Guangjun as the deputy leader, and Xu Shilei, Niu Huaixia, Zhang Feng, Li Bin, and Xing Leili as members.
