Huang Yaqi, male, Manchu, 1958, was born in Fuyu City, Jilin Province. Good at watercolor painting. 1982 graduated from Luxun Academy of Fine Arts, and then stayed there to teach, mainly engaged in teaching, creation and research of watercolor and gouache.
