Article 2 The term "existing multi-storey houses" as mentioned in these Measures refers to multi-owner houses with more than four floors (including elevators) that have been built and put into use on state-owned land in Kuiwen District, Weicheng District, Fangzi District, Hanting District (including Weifang Economic Development Zone), High-tech Development Zone and Comprehensive Bonded Zone in Weifang downtown, and are not included in the scope and plan of house expropriation.
If the residential special maintenance fund is not deposited, it shall be paid by the elevator owner according to 35 yuan/square meter, which shall be used exclusively for elevator maintenance and elevator equipment renovation; Has been deposited in the residential special maintenance funds, elevator maintenance and elevator equipment renovation costs from the elevator owners residential special maintenance funds charged.
Article 3 The addition of elevators to existing multi-storey residential buildings shall follow the principles of voluntary participation of owners, full consultation, independent implementation, government guidance and ensuring safety.
Article 4 The district governments and municipal administrative committees of relevant development zones shall be responsible for the overall coordination of adding elevators to existing multi-storey residential buildings within their respective jurisdictions, and the neighborhood offices and community neighborhood committees shall be specifically responsible for the consultation of owners' opinions and the coordination of objections.
