What is style?

It is taught by Mr Michael Short of Lancaster University, who is on vacation at Beijing Foreign Studies University.

In his speech, Mr. Short will make a systematic analysis of literature and other types of articles. Most examples will be taken from poetry.

It is hoped that the one-day seminar will strengthen the link between language and literature teaching and be held in 1 February or next year1month.

The lecture will be held on Friday1February 3rd at 5pm in the Etiquette Hall of the British Embassy.
