The materials, equipment and facilities involved in the above 1~ 13 project are all purchased, supplied, transported and installed by Party B, and all expenses are included in the contract price.

2.2 Projects beyond the contract scope must be reported to Party A for confirmation before construction. After the construction, the project supervision company and Party A shall sign and seal to confirm the quantities, and settle the accounts according to the valuation. Article 3: Construction Period

3. 1 Party B shall start construction from the effective date of this contract. 3.2 The actual total duration of this contract shall be from the date when both parties sign the contract, and Party B shall formally start to work until the project is completed and accepted by both parties and the fire department.

Article 4: Project Quality Standards and Warranty Period

4. 1 According to the current national construction acceptance standards, provincial and municipal acceptance standards and project quality, the project quality standards are above the qualified level, and Party B guarantees that the project will be put into use as scheduled and pass the quality supervision and fire control acceptance.

4.2 The project warranty shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Construction, and the warranty period shall be two years from the date of formal approval of the acceptance report of the relevant government departments.

Article 5: Supply of Materials and Equipment

5. 1 All materials required for the project shall be purchased by Party B and supplied to the construction site; Finished products and materials shall be provided by Party B to Party A and the supervisor. After the sample is approved, Party B shall purchase and supply it to the construction site (except the materials and equipment provided by Party A).

5.2 All materials and equipment shall have factory certificates and production licenses, and shall be inspected in strict accordance with the regulations and requirements of relevant state departments, meeting the safety and quality standards stipulated by the state.

5.3 During the construction process, the engineering design changes due to Party A's reasons, and the materials and equipment purchased by Party B are not applicable. After Party A gives Party B proper compensation, Party B shall dispose of the unsuitable materials and equipment by itself.

5.4 The materials and equipment shall adopt the brand or similar products promised in the bidding documents (the brand of the products adopted shall be confirmed by Party A in writing).

Article 6: Payment of Project Price
