4. According to relevant legal regulations, if the application for a business license for an individual industrial and commercial household is made on an agency basis, a certificate of entrustment of the agent is also required.

According to the regulations of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, there is no fee for applying for a business license. The process of reporting a lost copy of the business license:

4. A copy of the company (enterprise) business license. Note: The "Certificate of Designated Representative or Authorized Agent" can be downloaded from the "China Enterprise Registration Network" of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce or obtained from various industrial and commercial administrative agencies. If the above items do not indicate the submission of copies, the originals must be submitted. If a copy is submitted, it should be marked "consistent with the original" and stamped with the official seal of the company.

Business license cancellation:

1. Early termination application report (in duplicate).

3. Signature: company name, date and add Stamped with official seal.

2. Board resolution signed and confirmed by each director and stamped with the company’s official seal. It must have a time and place, and must be agreed and signed by all directors.

4. An agreement for early termination of operations indicating the time and place (original, not required for sole proprietorships).

5. The original and two original copies of the enterprise approval certificate that has been inspected annually, and a copy (photocopy) of the legal person's business license.

6. Capital verification reports and audit reports in recent years issued by China’s statutory verification institutions (if they are all copies, they must be stamped with the company seal).

7. Balance sheet, property list, creditor list, and debtor list.

8. Description of the disposal of claims and debts, description of property disposal, and description of the placement of the company’s employees. Go to the local industrial and commercial bureau to apply. You must make a newspaper statement before canceling the application.
