The TOEFL test is 3 hours and 4 minutes, or 3 hours and 5 minutes (extra test).
First, speaking and writing
The speaking and writing time is fixed: 2 minutes for speaking and 5 minutes for writing.
Second, listening
Listening is generally divided into two parts, each part consists of a dialogue and two lectures. The recording time for each part is about 2 minutes, and the time for answering questions is 1 minutes, so each part needs 3 minutes. If there is an extra test, one part of the extra test is also composed of a dialogue and two lectures, which takes 3 minutes. Therefore, listening is one hour without the extra test, and one and a half hours if the extra test is encountered.
Third, reading
Reading is generally three articles, each with 14 questions, and the answer time is 2 minutes for each article. After finishing three articles, you may encounter two additional articles, each with 14 questions, and the answer time is also 2 minutes. Therefore, the reading part should be 1 hour when there is no extra test, and 1 hour and 4 minutes if there is an extra test.
