1. After the ownership of rural collective economic organizations is confirmed to the households, rural collective economic organizations will issue rural cooperative share certificates to the shareholders to prove that they enjoy the rights and interests of collective assets, participate in management decision-making, participate in income distribution and assume obligations;
2. The share certificates of rural cooperatives are issued by rural collective economic organizations as issuing units to equity households, and the system of "one household, one certificate" is implemented. They are uniformly issued by the issuing units as equity households, and are only valid if they are stamped with the official seal of the issuing unit and the signature of the legal representative;
3. The share certificate of a rural cooperative shall specify: the name of the joint-stock economic cooperation organization, the name, gender and address of the members (shareholders), the legal representative (signature), and the date of issuance (replacement) of the certificate; Equity records; Record of equity change; Dividend record; Other related matters;
4. The initial registration shall be made according to the register of members (shareholders) of rural collective assets, the quantitative plan of shares of collective assets, the resolutions of the meeting of members (representatives) and other prescribed materials.
