How to use CCB U shield?

When a customer with a U-Shield certificate uses online banking for external transfer, B2C shopping (including recharging Alipay), payment and other payment transactions, our system will automatically prompt you to insert the U-Shield certificate for signature transactions. Just insert the U shield certificate according to the system prompt.

Click "OK" and "Submit" on the payment page, and then enter the U-Shield certificate password. After the system is verified successfully, the signature transaction can be completed.

Our U shield is different from the general U disk, and there is no drive letter displayed. If the system does not respond after inserting the U shield certificate, it means that your U shield is not connected to the computer correctly. Please pull out the U shield and re-insert it (it is recommended to insert the USB interface on the motherboard instead of the front interface).

If the indicator light on the key is always on, it means that the connection is good and you can operate it again. If it still does not light up, please follow the following steps:

(1) Reinstall the U shield driver of the corresponding brand.

(2) Check whether your system is fully patched. If not, please use the update function of WINDOWS to upgrade.
