Article 14 of Chapter III of People's Republic of China (PRC) Electronic Signature Law clearly stipulates: "A reliable electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature or seal."
Article 16 Where an electronic signature requires authentication by a third party, a legally established electronic authentication service provider shall provide authentication services.
Article 13 of Chapter III of People's Republic of China (PRC) Electronic Signature Law clearly stipulates: "An electronic signature shall be considered reliable if it meets the following conditions at the same time":
(1) When the electronic signature production data is used for electronic signature, it belongs to the exclusive rights of the electronic signer;
(2) When signing, the electronic signature production data is only controlled by the electronic signer;
(3) Any changes to the electronic signature after signature can be found;
(4) Any changes to the content and form of the data message after signature can be found. The parties can also choose to use electronic signatures that meet their agreed reliable conditions.
Only when the above four points are met can it be called a reliable electronic signature.
Because the concept of electronic signature is abstract, it involves new concepts such as certificate, CA and authentication. And Anyin electronic seal completely hides the electronic signature technology behind the seal, so that people can use it only by their daily experience.
Electronic seal is a form of electronic signature. Image processing technology is used to transform the electronic signature operation into the same visual effect as the stamping operation of paper documents, and electronic signature technology is used to ensure the authenticity and integrity of electronic information and the non-repudiation of signers. It not only combines new concepts and technologies, but also conforms to people's traditional understanding of seals.
