Party A: Chenzhou Huawei Automobile Generation Company.

Party B:

Through friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement on Party B's request for Party A to provide automobile driving service:

One,

Party A accepts Party B's service reservation, and guarantees to safely return Party B from the designated place to the destination according to the requirements of the Company's Regulations on Driving Service Management. If the destination changes, Party B shall confirm that the driver has completed the signature.

Second,

When the driver of Party A arrives at the designated place to sign this agreement with Party B, he will be charged according to the charging standard when Party B makes an appointment with Party A by telephone. If the appointment is cancelled due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall pay Party A's driver the transportation fee of 20 yuan.

Third,

Before departure, Party B shall cooperate with the driver of Party A to understand the vehicle characteristics. If Party B's vehicle is damaged, it must be confirmed by both parties. If Party B's car is damaged due to poor condition, Party A will not be liable for compensation.

Fourth,

Party B has the responsibility to take care of the finance in and on the car, so as to avoid unnecessary legal disputes. Party A also strictly requires its drivers not to touch Party B's car and personal finance.

Five,

Party B shall not interfere with the driving of Party A's driver on the way to deliver the car, and shall not require to operate and exercise in violation of traffic regulations. If Party B makes excessive demands, Party A's driver has the right to refuse.

Six,

In case of an accidental traffic accident, if it is the illegal behavior of the driver of Party A, it shall be borne by Party A according to the provisions of the insurance company on vehicle loss compensation. If the other vehicle is mainly responsible, Party A is not responsible for the loss compensation, but can assist the traffic police in investigation and insurance management.

Seven,

Party B shall truthfully inform the vehicle insurance situation. Party A declares that Party A only provides driving services for vehicles insured with basic insurance (car damage insurance, three insurances and compulsory insurance), and also provides services for customers who make telephone reservations. If Party B conceals the above information and fails to tell it truthfully, Party A will not be responsible for any accidental injury to vehicles or personnel.

Please fill in the following form (especially insurance information) truthfully, and re-sign in the column behind the form when you arrive at your destination. If there are any problems in matters not covered in this agreement, both parties will settle them through friendly negotiation.

This agreement shall come into effect after being signed by both parties. In duplicate, and Party B shall keep the customer's copy.
