1. Physical Examination Personnel

According to the "Announcement on the Recruitment of Civil Servants for the Henan Province Unified Examination in 2022", equal amounts will be allocated in order of the total exam score from high to low. II. Physical Examination Standards

The physical examination is in accordance with the revised "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants Recruitment (Trial)" and " The relevant provisions of the Civil Servant Recruitment Physical Examination Operation Manual (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 140) and other documents are carried out.

3. Physical examination gathering time and location

Candidates who attend interviews and enter the physical examination on August 2 and 3, please gather in Jiaozuo before 6:30 a.m. on August 6 Gather in groups in front of the Municipal Conference Center (northeast corner of the intersection of Renmin Road and Zhenger Street, Jiaozuo City, north of the Municipal People's Congress Office Building) (see Attachment 1).

IV. Physical examination-related requirements and precautions

(1) Candidates participating in the physical examination must have a green code, the communication big data itinerary card shows no abnormality, and the on-site temperature measurement is normal ( <37.3℃), no symptoms related to COVID-19. Candidates must bring their admission ticket for the written examination, valid ID card, paper copy of the negative nucleic acid test certificate issued by the hospital within 48 hours, the completed "Second Page of the Civil Servant Recruitment Physical Examination Form" (see Attachment 2) and the physical examination fee of 280 yuan. Go to the designated gathering place to take the physical examination at the specified time. Those who fail to meet the deadline will be deemed to have voluntarily given up. (Attachment 2 should be filled out item by item truthfully with a black signature pen or fountain pen, and a 1-inch color bareheaded photo should be attached; candidates should prepare cash and change in advance, and credit cards and mobile network payments are not allowed)

(2) During the pregnancy period Candidates must provide a pregnancy diagnosis certificate issued by a general hospital at level 2 or above and submit a written application (the written application should include name, ID number, admission ticket number, applicant unit, position code, expected date of delivery, items to be applied for deferred examination, application elements such as reasons for delay and personal handwritten signature).

(3) Please rest well the day before the physical examination, do not stay up late, do not drink alcohol, and avoid strenuous exercise.

(4) On the day of the physical examination, blood collection, B-ultrasound and other examinations are required. Please fast for 8-12 hours before the examination.

(5) Female candidates are not allowed to undergo gynecological and urine examinations during their menstrual period, and will re-examine after their menstrual period is over; pregnant candidates are not allowed to undergo gynecological and X-ray examinations in the physical examination items. After the candidate's pregnancy is over, gynecological, X-ray and other items will be examined, and a conclusion will be made on whether the candidate has passed the physical examination.

(6) Closed management is implemented during the physical examination. Candidates must abide by disciplines and epidemic prevention and control requirements, obey management, and are not allowed to move alone, have contact with outsiders, or disclose personal names and other information. Communication tools must be turned off and handed over to the staff for safekeeping and collected when leaving the hospital after the physical examination.

(7) Candidates must carefully complete all physical examination items. Failure to complete the physical examination items as required will be deemed to have voluntarily given up the physical examination qualification; if the candidate commits fraud, impersonates, or intentionally conceals diseases that may affect employment or medical history, the application will be refused or canceled in accordance with relevant regulations.

(8) If the examinee has questions about the results of the physical examination items that are not re-examined on the same day or on the spot, he can submit a re-examination application within 7 days from the date of receiving the notification of the physical examination conclusion. The re-examination can only be carried out 1 time, the results of the physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination.

(9) The results of the physical examination will be announced through the Jiaozuo Party Building Network (/) after all physical examinations are completed on August 7. Telephone notifications will no longer be made. Candidates must pay attention to the website and log in to check every day. The candidate shall be responsible for any consequences caused by the candidate's failure to check the website in time.
