(1) Please unplug and insert the certificate before restarting the computer.
(2) Please confirm whether the system patch is installed in your computer.
(3) if your computer system is Win2K or WinXP, please open the "control panel"->; "management tools"->; Services to enable smart card services.
(4) Please confirm whether the client certificate driver you installed has a certificate. If so, please uninstall the certificate driver and restart the machine. Then, install the driver without inserting the certificate, and then insert the certificate after installation.
(5) It is recommended that you turn off the firewall or Internet assistant before using it.
(6) It is recommended that you install a new version of the driver. Please enter the personal online banking login page through www.icbc.com.cn, click "System Setup Guide" at the bottom of the page, select the program file corresponding to your certificate, and download and install it on this machine.
(7) If the above still cannot solve your problem, it is recommended that you reinstall the system or replace the computer before using it.
