Submit the guardian's ID card, the original and photocopy of the birth certificate of the child's household registration book, and the photocopy of the photo and photo receipt 1 copy (valid for one month) (the ID card and the personal information page of the household registration book are copied on the same A4 paper). If you apply for an endorsement to and from Hong Kong and Macao again with a valid passport to and from Hong Kong and Macao, you do not need to submit a copy of your ID card and household registration book.
3. Upon examination by the public security organ, all those who are not allowed to leave the country according to the national laws shall be approved, and a pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao and an "F" endorsement (visit endorsement) shall be issued according to the application. There are two types of "F" endorsements, which are valid once every three months and twice every three months (chosen by the applicant voluntarily), and each stay in Hong Kong or Macao is 7 days. After the endorsement is used up, you can apply to the public security organ again, and the number of applications for individual travel is unlimited.
4. With a personal travel endorsement, you can leave the country for Hong Kong and Macao with your own documents within the validity period, without joining a tour group.
5. Time limit for settlement: first application for entry and exit permit from Hong Kong and Macao and endorsement 15 working days; If you apply for endorsement again, it will take 10 working days to complete.
6. To apply for individual travel to Hong Kong and Macao, you must strictly abide by the Exit and Entry Administration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant laws of Hong Kong and Macao. Those who violate the above laws will be investigated and punished according to law. For those who violate local laws, illegally reside, illegally obtain employment or cheat during their stay in Hong Kong and Macao, the exit-entry administration department of the public security shall, in accordance with relevant regulations, no longer approve their exit application within 1 to 5 years.
