Next, you can see the mailboxes currently configured in Mac mail. First, select the mail to be signed, and then click the+button to continue, as shown in.
Then fill in the signature document to be set in the window, as shown in.
Then, please write a new email. You have previously selected the sender's mailbox to create a signature mailbox, and then you will see the signature information in the email body, as shown in the figure below.

By using the same method, you can set multiple mail signatures for a mailbox.
If you want to use a different message signature when sending messages, you can choose from the signature drop-down list.
