If it is signed using a third-party electronic contract platform, it can be determined to be safe and legal. If it is an electronic contract generated by the platform itself, there is no way to confirm whether it is safe and legal.

An electronic contract refers to an agreement between two or more parties to establish, change, or terminate a certain civil rights and obligations relationship reached in electronic form through the Internet. As long as all parties signing the contract have undergone real-name authentication and have reliable electronic signatures recognized in accordance with the Electronic Signature Law, the electronic contract will have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature on a paper contract.

At present, Articles 13 and 14 of the "Electronic Signature Law of the People's Republic of China" recognize the legal validity of reliable electronic signatures; Articles 10 and 11 of the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" Article 116 of the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on the Application of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China recognizes the legal status of electronic data as a type of statutory evidence.
