● Displays the status of the security program.
● Display the collective F signature.
● (S7- 1200, S7- 1500)F- SW collective signature.
● (S7- 1200, S7- 1500)F- HW collective signature.
● Displays the status of safe mode.
● Create and organize the F operation group.
● Display the information of area F.
● Display information about F-type PLC data type (UDT).
● Relevant information of users with F management authority.
● Specify/change access protection
● Set/modify the settings of security programs, such as enabling change history.
● (S7- 1200, S7- 1500) Create/display/delete F communication through flexible F-Link.
"general" area
"Safe Mode Status"
In the safe mode state, the current state of safe mode will be displayed. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an online connection with the selected F- CPU.
Can have the following states:
● "Safe mode is activated"
● "Safe mode is not activated"
● "F-CPU is in stop mode" (F-CPU is in stop state).
● "No active f-CPU available"
● "F- Runtime Group Not Called"
● "No security program called"
● "(No online connection)" ((No online connection))
"Disable Safe Mode"
If there is an online connection and the safe mode operation is activated, you can disable the safe mode of the selected F-CPU by using the Disable Safe Mode button. You can only disable the security mode of the entire security program, but you cannot disable the security mode of each running group.
"Safety Plan Status"
Security program status will show the current status of online and offline programs.
Can have the following states:
● Consistent (if no password is specified, the corresponding information will be displayed. )
● Inconsistent.
● It has been modified.
If there is no connection to the online program, the message "(No online connection)" will be displayed.
"f signature"
If no online connection is established
Under "f signature", multiple signatures are displayed. Each signature consists of different parts of fail-safe project data.
● F Collective signature: This signature will be changed every time the data of the fail-safe project changes. It contains the following signature.
● F- SW collective signature (S7-1200/ 1500): This signature will change every time the security program is changed.
● F- HW collective signature (S7-1200/ 1500): This signature will be changed every time the fail-safe hardware configuration changes.
● F mailing address signature (S7-1200/ 1500): change the name of the communication connection with flexible F-link or F-communication every time.
UUID, this signature will change.
For F collective signatures, the time of the last compilation process is displayed in the timestamp column.
If an online connection is established
For an existing online connection, the following will be displayed under "Program Signature":
● Status of safety procedures
The online collective F signature matches the offline collective F signature, and the password is assigned to the online/offline security program.
Online/offline collective F signatures do not match, or the security program does not specify a password.
● Online/offline collective F signature
●F collective signature matching: information about version consistency of block F in online and offline state.
"f running group" area
A security plan consists of one or two F-run groups.
(S7- 1200, S7- 1500) "Create Global F-I/O Status Block"
A standard block (FB) named "RTGx_GLOB_FIO_STATUS" can be created, which evaluates whether the output of at least one F-I/O or at least one channel in the F-I/O operation group X uses a substitute value instead of a process value. The evaluation results can be found in the "QSTATUS" output. F-O disabled with the disable variable in the F-I/O DB will be ignored. "RIOforFA_VALUE_STATUS" output corresponds to "QSTATUS" output, but only F-I/O using "RIOforFA-Safety" protocol is considered.
To generate this standard FB, use the Create Global F-I/O Status Block button. You can only create a standard FB after compiling the security program. You can call standard FB anywhere in the standard user program.
Pretreatment/post-treatment (S7- 1200, S7- 1500)
1. Create a standard FC for preprocessing and postprocessing.
2. In the "Pre/Post Processing of F Runtime Group" in the Security Management Editor, assign the standard FC.
"f area" area
You can do the following in the F- Blocks area:
● Display the F block used in the security program.
● Display the F block used in the F run group.
● Display more information about the F area. ..
For block f in offline mode, the following information will be displayed:
● Has Block F been compiled and used?
● F-block function in safety program
● Block signature
● Time stamp of the last change.
For block f in online mode, the following information will be displayed:
● Status (whether the online timestamp of the block is the same as the offline timestamp)
● F-block function in safety program
● Block signature of offline block
● Block signature of online block
In the "Program Blocks" folder, F blocks are displayed hierarchically.
Filtering function
When using the filtering function, you can choose to view all F blocks in a specific F run group or all F blocks in the entire security program.
● To view all F blocks, select "All F blocks" from the drop-down list.
● To view all F blocks of the F operation group, select the F operation group from the drop-down list.
