The official seal is affixed to Room 3 18 of the main office building of Yingxi Campus of Taiyuan University of Technology and Room A2 10 of the main administrative building of Mingxiang Campus.

According to the inquiry of official website, starting from Monday, September 2, 2020, the use of seals involves the official seal of the school, the signature seal of the principal, and the steel seal. Every Monday and Friday, it is handled in Room 3 18, the main office building of Yingxi Campus; On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, it is handled in Room A2 10, the administrative main building of Mingxiang Campus.
