Since the fence there is relatively high, our maintenance staff, including me, only have The two of them had only three opportunities to meet each other during the working week except for their rest days. They were also responsible for handling daily maintenance reports from the owners, so it was difficult to complete the staffing. Therefore, the work was also reported to Manager Yu whether to hire an outsider. Unit personnel have completed it and are waiting for response.

2. The railings of the No. 1 Bridge and the No. 2 Bridge in the community, the equipment of the large gate, the equipment of No. 63 Gate, and the children's playground are painted and maintained. The paint report has been issued and is waiting for painting.

3. There are 5 broken surveillance cameras in the community, namely the West Gate west to north, No. 69 west to east, No. 38 north to west, No. 18 north to south, two pairs of sluice gates, and two pairs of perimeter alarm cameras are broken, respectively. 37 defense zones and 7 defense zones. The report has hit corporate procurement.

3. Current problems

1. The professional and technical level is still relatively lacking, and the level of being able to cover all majors is not yet reached.

2. In the work process, the uniformity of standardized operations is not strong, and the supervision and inspection of peripheral units is not detailed enough.

3. The maintenance sheet is not very standardized and the handwriting is not neat enough.

4. The placement of materials in the warehouse is not standardized enough, things are placed in a messy manner, and there are no obvious labels.

5. The progress of individual work is lagging behind the plan, and the efficiency and quality of maintenance work need to be improved.

6. The connection with the work of various departments is not perfect yet.

IV. Key ideas for work in 20xx

In view of the problems and weak links mentioned above, the initial ideas for our maintenance work in 20xx mainly focus on "planning, improvement, standardization, and implementation" and other aspects to carry out:

1. Plan: Mainly make a full-year work plan for the work in 20xx, with progress every month, busy every week, and implementation every day. Reasonably allocate personnel according to the practical needs of the community, assign work and responsibilities to each person.

2. Improvement: According to the company's policy of "refined service standards", the work of Meilan Jindi Engineering Department will be further refined, and refined services will be implemented into all stages and links of daily work to form a A complete set of engineering repair and maintenance orders shows the satisfaction of the service provided to the owner.

3. Standardization: Combined with the standard requirements, further standardize the problems existing in the above work and other aspects of the work links, everything is based on the standard, and everything is aimed at the satisfaction of the owner, (including the management of peripheral units) , everything is regulated by industry standards) to ensure that every work link has plans, systems, implementation, inspections, improvements, and relevant records.

4. Implementation: The planned work must be implemented in place, and the responsibilities must be assigned to each person. Improve the sense of responsibility of our maintenance personnel. Supervise peripheral units must combine regular and irregular inspections, discover problems, and solve them in a timely manner. Promote the implementation of various rules and regulations.
