As long as a notice of enlistment is issued, it is illegal to evade military service.

The army is not a part-time job and cannot resign.

Evasion of military service will be subject to administrative punishment and compulsory military service. Deserters in wartime will go to jail.

If you are sent back to your hometown by the army, your file will be defiled for life.
