First, the answer is different.

1. blacklist: the system will directly give the phone call from the person on the blacklist, and it is not allowed to answer it.

2. White list: The phone calls made by people in the white list will be directly allowed to be answered by the system.

Second, receiving reminders is different.

1. blacklist: the system will not receive any reminder when the blacklisted person sends a short message to the other party.

2. Whitelist: the system will receive short messages sent by whitelist to the other party.

Third, the scope is different.

1. Blacklist: Blacklist can only block incoming calls from blacklisted contacts, but not from non-blacklisted contacts.

2. White list: White list can only answer calls from white list contacts, and calls from non-white list contacts cannot be answered.
