Cannot pay via CCB online banking.

The reason why CCB online banking cannot pay is usually because the browser blocks login. The following two solutions are provided. If the solution cannot be solved, please call the bank customer service phone for consultation!

Method 1:

If you use the win xp sp2 operating system, please confirm whether the "pop-up blocker" is enabled in the browser. If it has been enabled, please open the browser and select "Tools" --> "Pop-up Blocker" --> "Turn off Pop-up Blocker" to turn off this feature. (Note: Some other browsers also have this function, please turn it off before using it)

If you have turned off this blocking program but still cannot use it, please do the following:

(1) Open the IE browser, select the "Tools" menu --> "Internet Options" --> "Advanced" tab --> click "Restore Default Settings", click "OK" and close all IE browser windows;

(2) Open IE browser, select "Tools" menu --> "Internet Options" --> "General" tab --> "Check for newer saved web pages" in Temporary Internet File Settings Version" select "Check every time you visit this page."

And click "Delete Files" in the temporary Internet file settings, check "Delete all offline content" and click OK to close the dialog box and close all IE windows;

(3) Open the IE browser , select the "Tools" menu --> "Internet Options" --> "Security" tab, select "Internet" in the "Please specify security settings for web content in different areas (z)" window, and then select "Custom Level ", set "Download signed Activex controls" and "Run Activex controls" in "Active controls and plug-ins" to "Enable" or "Prompt". After clicking OK, please restart the computer;
