One: Installation of camera driver

Note: Before installing the camera driver, please do not plug the PC camera into the USB interface of the computer; If you plug in the camera in advance without installing the driver, when WINDOWS prompts you to install the driver, please click the Cancel key to dial out, and then follow the following steps to install.

Install the driver first, then plug in the camera, and you will be prompted to install the driver point. Then just follow the prompts.

Two: If the camera is not installed according to normal operation or there are some problems in the system during installation, the camera will not work normally or can no longer be installed according to normal operation. You can try to solve the problem by yourself by following the steps below.

1: for WINDOWS98/ME operating system.

(1) First, right-click the "My Computer" icon to open the properties dialog box, and delete the USB device with exclamation point in "Device Management";

(2) Click "Start" on the screen, select "Run", type "regedit" in the blank column of the prompt box, then press "OK", click "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" to select "Enum", and click "USB" to select "vid _ oac8 &; PID_030 1 "Delete the registration information. Note that there may be several "vid _ oac8 &; PID_030 1 "should be deleted;

(3) Click the "ISDN videophone driver" button in the attached CD again, and select "OK" according to the dialogue prompt to uninstall the driver. After the driver is uninstalled, install it correctly in strict accordance with the above-mentioned "I: camera driver installation" precautions;

(4) If the camera still can't work normally after the above processing, I suggest you close all windows and restart the computer;

(5) Sometimes, you need to follow the above steps and do the whole process again.

2: Suitable for WINDOWS2000/XP operating system.

(1) Right-click the "My Computer" icon, open the properties dialog box, find "Device Manager" in "Hardware", and delete USB devices with exclamation points;

(2) Click the "ISDN videophone driver" button in the attached CD again, and select "OK" according to the dialogue prompt to uninstall the driver. After the driver is uninstalled, install it correctly in strict accordance with the above-mentioned "I: camera driver installation" precautions;

(3) If the camera still can't work normally after the above processing, it is suggested that you find the item of "Universal Serial Bus Controller" in the device manager, click the right mouse button, scan for hardware changes, and then follow the prompts to detect and scan the camera hardware, which can generally solve the problem;

(4) Sometimes you need to follow the above steps for the whole process.
