The National Committee for Uniform State Law of the United States promulgated the Uniform Electronic Transaction Law, which allows notaries to use "electronic signature" for witness, authentication and oath, while notaries in the United States require "electronic signature". Notarization means that the national notary office proves the authenticity and legality of legal acts, documents with legal significance and facts according to the application of the parties.
