Inexperienced learners, referred to as interns for short, generally refer to college students and secondary vocational students who have just graduated from a major and studied practical work experience under the guidance of experienced staff. They are informal employees and usually pay by the daily salary. Unlike regular workers, they can enjoy the protection of pension and monthly minimum wage. Interns are divided into two categories: graduates and graduates. The purpose of hiring interns is to deal with short-term extra work and train them as regular employees.
