The inviter needs to provide:
An invitation letter stating the purpose of the visit;
The list of family members of the inviter;
Notarized Citizenship or immigration status of the inviting person
Original or notarized copies of the following documents:
a) Tax status from Canada
Proof;
b) Describe the income of the inviter and his/her spouse
Applicants also need to provide:
A leave approval letter issued by the employer, The name and location of your employer must be stated in Chinese

After all the materials are prepared, there are two options for submission: mailing or submitting directly to the embassy. Generally, you can submit it directly to the embassy. You do not need to submit it in person. You can ask relatives and friends to help you, and you can get the results on the same day. Mailing will be processed in about 3 weeks. Once a visa application is submitted, there is no guarantee that you will be able to get a visa. Even if you do not get a visa, the application fee will not be refunded.
