Second, the preparation work before drilling

2. The following problems should be paid attention to when loading the rig:
(1), check the drilling rig before shipment. All parts of the drilling rig should be complete, the motor must be explosion-proof, the voltage is consistent with the power supply, the cable has no leakage, and the drill pipe and drilling tool are not damaged.
(2) After the rig is loaded, it should be tied firmly. When transporting in drift, the two cars should be separated by a certain distance, and signals should be given when turning; When transporting in the inclined lane, you should obey the command of the hook personnel who get on and off the yard.
(3) When transporting parts that are not allowed to get dirty, they must be covered.
3. The preparations before installing the drilling rig are as follows:
(1), before entering the installation site, should first check the roadway ventilation and so on and so forth, handle in time when problems are found. When repairing and strengthening the drilling field, clean up the dirt and sundries, clean up the water pool and dredge the ditches.
(2) In windless places, local ventilators must be installed or ventilated by wind direction, and the wind is not allowed to stop when drilling, and reliable wind power locking devices should be provided.
(3) The water pressure, machine parts and power switch shall be in good condition and meet the requirements.
4. The following problems should be paid attention to when installing the drilling rig:
(1), the drilling area must be larger than the rig base, and there should be enough safety clearance around. When installing a drilling rig in a transportation roadway, it is necessary to ensure that transportation is not affected.
(2) There should be no floating coal in the underground drill, and the bottom plate should be flat. The ground beam lies smoothly on the four corners of the bottom plate and hits the main column and inclined column. Straighten the rig according to the waist line.
(3) After the fuselage is placed stably, the fixing screws at the bottom should be tightened, and protective fences and shields should be installed on all mechanical rotating parts.
Three, the operation method of all kinds of drilling rig
1, the preparations before operation are as follows:
(1), the rig should be installed firmly, the oil level in the gearbox and oil tank should be appropriate, and the safety shield and dust cover must be complete.
(2) All parts of the operator should be in the correct position.
(3) When debugging the drilling rig, it is required that all rotating parts operate normally and the switch is flexible and reliable. No-load operation of drilling rig 10 minute. After confirming that there is no problem, you can connect the drill pipe and the drill bit, connect the water source, and the driver will start drilling.
2. The operation methods of various drilling rigs shall be carried out in accordance with the operating instructions of each drilling rig.
Fourth, drilling.
1. When drilling, the construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the hole position calibrated by the surveyor and the azimuth, angle and hole depth specified in the construction measures, and shall not be changed without the consent of the surveyor.
2. The following problems should be paid attention to when installing the outer rod:
(1), first check the drill pipe to make sure it is not blocked, bent or worn; Unqualified ones shall not be used.
(2) When connecting the drill pipe, aim at the thread opening to avoid skew and water leakage;
(3) When loading and unloading the drill bit, it is necessary to prevent the pipe wrench from hurting the cemented carbide piece, flat drill bit and core pipe.
(4) When installing drill pipes, the second drill pipe must be installed after installing the first drill pipe.
3. When the drill bit is sent into the hole to start drilling, the pressure should not be too high. Press the drill bit gently and drill slowly to avoid breaking the edge or damaging the speed change gear. After the drill bit goes down to the bottom of the hole and works smoothly, the pressure will gradually increase.
4. When clean water is used for drilling, water must be supplied before drilling, and drilling under pressure can only be carried out after returning water, and sufficient flow can be ensured; External dry holes are not allowed. If there is too much rock powder in the hole, the water quantity should be increased, the pump start time should be prolonged, and the drilling can be stopped only after the well is effectively washed.
5. When drilling, the driller should carefully observe the operation of the drilling rig, that is, observe the water supply and drainage, the vibration sound in the drilling hole, and so on and so forth.
6, to accurately measure the distance in the process of drilling, generally every drilling 10 meters or replace drilling tools must be measured once, to verify the hole depth.
7. During the operation of the drilling rig, pay attention to bearing parts, hydraulic oil, motor, gearbox, shaft sleeve, horizontal vertical shaft gear, etc. For overtemperature phenomenon and abnormal sound. When problems are found, stop the machine immediately, find out the reasons and deal with them in time.
8. Matters needing attention during drilling are as follows:
(1), it is found that coal and rock are loose, spalling, weighting, water breakthrough or sudden increase or decrease of water pressure in the hole, and when jacking, drilling must be stopped immediately, but the drill pipe must not be pulled out, and people should be sent to monitor the water situation immediately and report to the relevant departments in time.
(2) When harmful gas gushes out of the goaf, stop drilling to strengthen ventilation, seal the hole with yellow mud, and report to the mine operation department at the same time.
(3) The phenomenon such as the sharp increase of gas in the borehole gas drainage hole and the jacking of drill pipe should be taken in time.
(4), coal seam water injection drilling into the roof or floor strata, to stop drilling, drilling scrap, and scrap the drilling seal, water injection is not allowed.
9. When replacing the drill bit, pay attention to the matching of the aperture and the diameter of the drill bit to avoid jamming the drill bit. When stopping drilling temporarily, the drill bit should retreat to a certain distance from the bottom of the hole to prevent the coal powder from blocking the drill pipe; When drilling is stopped for more than 8 hours, trip out the drill pipe. When transporting drilling tools, front and rear personnel should contact each other and cooperate closely to prevent personal injury accidents.
10. Matters needing attention when lifting drilling tools are as follows:
(1), before lifting the drill, measure the remaining center on the machine, and make sure that the braking device, clutch device, lifting device and elevator-opening tightening tools are complete and easy to use, and handle the problems in time when found.
(2) Before drilling, it is necessary to drill holes with clear water and discharge coal and rock powder.
(3) In the process of drilling, the driller must work closely with other workers, and the operation should be light and steady. Sudden braking or loosening is not allowed, overload operation is not allowed, and the wire rope is not allowed to be touched by hands. Other staff must stand outside the lifting range of drilling tools.
(4) Cover the orifice immediately after the core tube is lifted out of the hole. It is not allowed to touch the core in the tube with hands or watch with eyes.
(5) The suggested cores must be clean and placed in order.
(6) After the drill pipe is put forward, both ends should be wrapped with cotton silk to prevent the drill pipe hole from being blocked or the thread opening from being damaged. For the drilling hole for gas drainage, plug the drilling hole with a cork after the drill pipe rises to prevent gas from overflowing.

4. When the machine is running, it is forbidden to directly brake the running part of the machine with hands, feet or other objects, and it is forbidden to put tools or other objects on the protective cover of the drilling rig and water pump motor.

Six, drilling rig repair and maintenance
1. The maintenance of all kinds of drilling rigs should be carried out according to the instructions, and the system of class maintenance, weekly maintenance and monthly maintenance should be established.
2. The drilling rig shall not run unattended. When any part of the drilling rig fails, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
3. Before each shift change, the exposed rotating and sliding surfaces of the drilling rig should be wiped clean and coated with a layer of mechanical oil. Oil injection parts should be well maintained. When the drilling rig is not used for a long time, all exposed surfaces should be cleaned, all moving parts should be coated with butter, and the mechanical casing should be coated with antirust oil.
4, regularly check the oil level of each tank, keep the oil amount appropriate, oily to clean without impurities, pay in accordance with the provisions, replace the new oil.
5. All covers and dust covers shall be kept intact. The threaded part of drill pipe and various joints should be cleaned frequently with a brush and coated with proper amount of butter.
6. When the drilling rig moves, all exposed nozzles should be plugged with plugs, joint covers or cotton yarn to prevent dust from entering or oil leakage.
Seven, the finishing touches before coming off work
1. Before coming off work, the working conditions and various data of this shift should be comprehensively and accurately recorded, such as drilling angle, footage, casing concentration, coring and equipment operation.
2, strictly implement the system of on-site succession, team leader and recorder should record the situation of class clearly according to the record form and sign it.
3, after the completion of drilling, should be under the command of the captain to do a good job in all kinds of aftermath (such as the relocation of drilling rig, maintenance and storage, drill pipe, joint and coupling replacement, drilling quality acceptance and the transfer of relevant information, etc. ), make all kinds of preparations for the next construction.
Operation procedure of hole plugging worker

Second, the hole sealing process:
1. After arriving at the job site, first check and deal with the potential safety hazards on the site to ensure that there are no potential safety hazards before starting the operation.
2. Chisel the cuttings in the borehole, insert the hole plugging pipe and grouting pipe into the hole together, and fix it with cement before grouting.
3. Check whether the hole plugging switch is explosion-proof and whether the safety shield is complete. After no-load operation 1 min, inject 1: 2 cement mortar into the hole through the funnel and grouting pipe until the plugged pipe returns to slurry. Stop the machine, tie grouting pipe with lead wire, and finally clean the screw pump of the hole plugging machine with clean water.
4. After drying and setting for 24 hours, it is required to connect the plug pipes of large and small holes with the internal pipes of the gas turbine, and tie the plug pipes in the same direction with lead wires. The joint shall not leak or have dead bends.
5, after the formation of drainage, hole plugging workers must clean up the excess materials.
Three, mortar hole sealing should pay attention to the following questions:
1, mortar hole sealing requires casing, which can be steel pipe or plastic pipe at the inner end of the outer steel pipe, and the casing of coal seam water injection hole can also be steel wire high-pressure hose.
2. The hole sealing part needs reaming, and the aperture is generally not less than ¢87mm. The sealing depth of coal seam water injection drilling hole must be greater than 8 meters.
3. When sealing the hole, first firmly fix the casing in the borehole. The fixing method can be cork or a method of winding silk and kelp on the shell. In general, the casing should be exposed from the orifice 10- 15cm.
4, artificial mortar hole sealing, to send mortar while tamping; When sealing the hole with pumping mortar, the grouting pipe should be fixed in the borehole and the orifice should be closed. At the end of the work, the mortar in the pump should be cleaned with water.
Four, hole sealing agent hole sealing matters needing attention are as follows:
1, hole sealer should be in good condition.
2. When installing the hole sealer for vertical drilling, the operator shall not face the hole sealer to prevent the hole sealer from slipping and hurting people.
3. When installing the hole sealer, one person fixes the hole sealer jacket with a pipe wrench, and the other person tightens the thread with a pipe wrench; When the valve is connected with the branch pipe, the main valve of the branch pipe must be closed.
4. When using hydraulic or mechanical pressure hole sealer, the pressure should be uniform, small first and then large, not too fast, and then pressurized after the outer wall of the hole sealer contacts.
Five, Ma Li three sealing hole should pay attention to the following issues:
1. The Floormen must ensure that the drilling depth is sufficient, clean and free of pulverized coal.
2. The hole plugging worker should first tie cotton yarn on the 1.5-inch double-resistant plastic pipe, with a length of 0.5m The cotton yarn should be suitable, neither too much nor too little, and the distance from the orifice should not exceed 15mm. Both ends of cotton yarn shall be solid with 16# lead wire, and the middle shall be solid with straw balls, which shall not be tied tightly, and shall be connected with the pipe joint with a length of 1m in the hole.
3. Spray Marisa N resin on the cotton yarn to ensure the penetration of the cotton yarn, then spray Marisa N catalyst and send the pipe into the hole; The same method is used at the orifice, but when tying cotton yarn, the column slurry pipe and the air outlet pipe should be tied together to prevent the leakage of cement mortar in the future, and the column slurry pipe and the air outlet pipe outside the orifice must be blocked.
4. The hole sealing length (8m) and cotton yarn length (0.5m at both ends of the pipeline) must be guaranteed to ensure the hole sealing quality.
5. During the hole sealing process, personnel should operate quickly to prevent Marisan N resin and Marisan N catalyst from expanding into the hole.
6, hole sealing personnel must bring special gloves, masks, glasses, once splashed on the skin, immediately rinse with a lot of soapy water, splashed on the eyes or mouth, immediately rinse with water, and ask a doctor to make a diagnosis and give treatment, all hole sealing personnel to achieve independent safety and mutual safety.
Hydraulic discharge operation procedure
In order to ensure that the drainage system is normal and reliable, there is no water accumulation, and the underground drainage equipment is sensitive and reliable, and the pumping capacity of the mine tile period is completed as scheduled to ensure the safe production of the mine.
1. Prepare tools and accessories needed for running in the well before running in the well.
2. After arriving at the work place, first check and deal with the potential safety hazards at the site.
3. Check whether the automatic drain is reliable. If the water can't be discharged normally, first open the slag extractor to discharge slag, and then conduct a comprehensive inspection of the internal structure of the slag extractor to find out the cause of the failure. If the float is corroded, replace the float until the water can be discharged automatically.
4. When the manual drainer discharges water, first close the main gate of the deslagging device and then open the small gate of the drainer until the accumulated water in the bucket is drained, and finally recover.

6, mineral sheers hydraulic drainage system must drain once a day, to ensure that there is no water in the pipeline, so that the drainage system is stable and reliable.

8. After work, the drainer must write a work log in the log book, and record the area, work content, system status and problem handling in detail.
Operating rules of ammeter
First, the preparation work before entering the well
1, should be equipped with all necessary tools and instruments according to the tasks and objectives of the day, and ensure that they are in good condition.
2, if you want to work in the fence, two people must walk together before and after, and check the roadway Nevas at any time. When the gas exceeds the specified limit, it should stop entering and take measures after asking for instructions.
Second, the observation and adjustment of drainage borehole
1, matters needing attention when checking gas are as follows:
(1), 100% watt detector should be used when inspecting pipeline defects.
(2) The air pump of tile detector should be properly selected, and high negative pressure air pump should be adopted as far as possible; If it is not suitable to use the air pump of the instrument itself, the gas in the pipeline must be extracted by the air sampling pump for determination.
(3) When the instrument air pump is used to check the gas in the pipeline, the air pump should be continuously compressed (that is, it will be flattened as soon as it expands), and the air pump will be restored to its original state after being squeezed for 5~6 times, and then the instrument air inlet will be pulled out of the pipeline.
(4), check the gas concentration in the pipeline, must check more than 2 times, found that the differential pressure trap, should find out the reason, for processing.
2. Notes for observing negative pressure and flow are as follows:
(1), the U-shaped water column meter must be distilled water.
(2) When observing, place the U-shaped water column meter vertically so that the concave surfaces of the two water columns are flush.
(3) When measuring the drainage pressure with a U-shaped water meter, connect the hose of the water meter with the pressure hole on the pipeline as required, and make it stable for 1-2 minutes, and then read the pressure value.
3, when measuring the flow or negative pressure, such as U-shaped water meter beating, should check, and take measures to drain water.
4, gas drainage borehole and shunt observation point must hang observation record card, and indicate the observation position and hole number. After each observation, the relevant parameters (such as negative pressure, static pressure difference, gas concentration, flow rate, observation time, observer's name, etc.) should be filled in on the record board, and the card board, records and statements should be consistent.
5. When the gas concentration in the drainage pipeline changes sharply, the negative pressure of the drainage pipeline in drilling or high pumping roadway should be adjusted in time. When the concentration is lower than 25% and does not affect the gas content in the working face, the valve of the hole (lane) should be closed.
Third, the connection and removal of gas drainage holes
6. Valves, water drains and gas, negative pressure and flow observation devices should be set up for drainage holes and high pumping tunnels.
7. The drainage holes arranged in the mining face must be connected before gas drainage. The drilling hole for gas drainage in this coal seam should be connected in time after drilling, and the valve connecting the drilling hole with the drainage pipeline should be opened.

Four, gas drainage pipeline inspection and maintenance management
1, the valve of gas drainage pipeline must be cleaned and lubricated frequently to ensure the flexible use of the valve.
2, without approval, no one may adjust the main drainage negative pressure.
3. The drainage system and facilities in the responsible area shall be inspected comprehensively on a regular basis. When problems such as air leakage, broken pipes, buried pipes and water accumulation are found, they should be reported immediately and measures should be taken to deal with them.
