The process of company accounting settlement of employee wages:
① Review wage documents and issue wage bonuses. Based on the actual number of employees, wage grades and wage standards, review the wage and bonus calculation table, handle withholding payments (including calculation of five insurances and one housing fund), and calculate actual wages. According to the classification of workshops and departments, prepare salary and bonus summary tables, fill in accounting vouchers, and after review, work with relevant personnel to withdraw cash and organize payment. The wages and bonuses paid must be signed or stamped by the recipient. After the payment is completed, the salary and bonus calculation sheet must be attached to the accounting voucher in a timely manner or bound into a separate volume, and the accounting voucher number must be noted and properly kept.
② Responsible for payroll accounting and providing wage data. Conduct detailed accounting according to the composition of total wages and the recipients of wages. Prepare relevant total salary reports according to the requirements of the management department.
