The agreement is as follows:

XXXXX (License Plate) Crown Turbine Engine Maintenance Agreement

On xx, XX, XXX, this car was rescued by our store because of water ingress. After inspection by our maintenance technician, there is moisture in the engine intake system, air filter, throttle body and spark plug in the cylinder. According to the physical principle, water (liquid) cannot be compressed, so water (liquid) enters the engine cylinder, that is, the car enters the water. It is recommended to disassemble the engine for inspection, and check whether the relevant parts inside the engine are damaged by water (liquid). If the customer does not agree to the engine decomposition inspection, even if the engine of the car is damaged because of this water inflow, the auto repair company will not be responsible for it in the future. All economic losses caused by engine damage shall be borne by the customer.

This maintenance agreement is made in duplicate and will come into effect after being signed by both parties.
