Step 1: After downloading the tool, install and use it. Click the file rename function on the home page to enter the inner page, and then click the Add File or Add Directory button to add the file whose name needs to be modified to the software.

Step 2, as shown in the figure below, click the file name import green button to import the prepared file name into the software (excel format is required, and the file name should be filled down from the first row of the first column). After success, it can be found that the imported file name is displayed in the column of new file name from top to bottom, which corresponds to the original file name one by one.

Step 3: If there is no problem, you can click the Start Rename button to start the software. After the file name is modified, the software will pop up a prompt box of "Rename Successful".

The fourth step, as can be seen from the case results, it is successful to modify the file name from top to bottom in excel according to the top-down name.
