Name, gender, age, nationality, native place, occupation, work unit and address shall be stated in the order of plaintiff before defendant.

A class action lawsuit means that one of the litigants is a group of people, and they will send a representative to resolve conflicts on behalf of many litigants. Usually, most members of this party have the same interests with each other, and it is impossible to sue all of them because there are too many people. One or more of them can sue or respond to the lawsuit for the benefit of all. On July 3rd, 2020, the Supreme People's Court promulgated "Provisions on Several Issues Concerning Representative Litigation in Securities Disputes", which came into effect as of the date of promulgation, and the China version of the securities group litigation system was formally implemented.
