Set in Menu-Tools-Template Management.

You can delete the date and separator in template management, then click Save, and the default is xx mailbox.

Automatic right alignment of signature? Look at the menu-Tools-Signature Settings-Modify Signature.

There seems to be options for left alignment, center alignment and right alignment.
