There are many PPT tutorials online, so I'll make another one exactly the same. No one may read it, but it certainly doesn't make sense. Maybe not as good as others. So I want to introduce some alternative uses of Powerpoint in this series, just like some unconventional uses of ppt for animation. Although these usages can be done by other software, they may be better. However, why use several softwares to do things that can be done well by installing one software?

In the first article, I decided to talk about the simplest, most boring, even not necessarily compliant, but probably the most useful usage-making an electronic version of my signature.

I believe readers have encountered such a situation. Some unimportant documents need to be signed by themselves, and electronic signature or fax is allowed, but there is neither a printer nor a scanner at hand. What should I do? Especially when time is urgent, for example, it will be finished in 5 minutes. What should I do?

Simple, make one with PPT.

Materials required:

(1) Mobile phone capable of taking pictures

(2) Computers above PowerPoint 2013 (WPS is also acceptable, with the same ideas and different operations)

(3) Any way to send mobile phone photos to the computer: computer networking-WeChat, QQ, nail and other software that can send files to yourself, or email. The computer is not connected to the Internet-data cable ...

Step one, sign your name. The signature is very domineering, which makes people feel that it is handwritten, not drawn by a mouse. )

Step two, send it to the computer. (WeChat file transfer assistant used here)

Step three, put the picture near a blank ppt page, and then paste the picture you just took into it. (It is recommended to rotate the picture to a normal angle, and it doesn't matter if it doesn't rotate. )

Step 4, click the selected picture, and then switch to the picture tool-format bar. The English version is called picture format.

The fifth step is to reduce the size of the picture by cropping and try to remove all the extra blanks.

Step 6, choose to delete the background.

Step 7, remove the background. It takes a little patience to use reserved area and deleted area to deduct the signature part, especially when the signature is complicated. For example, someone's name is Hu (don't you know him? Just deny it! )

Step 8: Assuming that the background has been removed in step 7 and the thief is clean, skip this step. The rest of the background color, if used directly, is not good-looking. So it needs further processing. The idea is simple. By increasing the brightness and contrast, the yellow background produced by photographing is infinitely close to white, and then the sixth step is repeated.

Step 9: When finished, just save it in PNG format or paste it directly into the document.
