When the entity code is correct, it will be stamped.
2. Set up special personnel for management. The administrator of the electronic official seal needs to be equipped with personnel with high political quality and certain knowledge of computer and network operation. On the one hand, it is necessary to be politically reliable, strictly abide by the rules, regulations and disciplines of the unit, especially the regulations on the use of seals, and ensure that the seals are used in accordance with the examination and approval management measures. At the same time, I have the basic knowledge of computer network consistent with my business skills. After receiving relevant training, I can use the electronic official seal according to the process of using the seal.
3. Strengthen safety precautions. Generally, the stamping procedure requires the cooperation of the electronic official seal software system and the key, and both of them can be used for stamping. Therefore, when keeping, the electronic official seal and the key should be kept separately. The electronic official seal is usually stored in a storage medium (such as a USB flash drive or USBkey), so the storage medium of the electronic official seal is usually stored in a safe, and someone is responsible for it. The key is a cryptographic program, and the two should be stored separately to improve preventive measures.
4. Authority verification system. At the same time, the use authority should be set after the electronic official seal is enabled. According to the electronic official seal use system, it is divided into four roles, namely, platform administrator, system administrator, official seal administrator and official seal user. Different authorities should be set according to different personnel identities, so that the use of official seal can be monitored and queried in real time. Due to different permissions, different identities can be authorized and changed respectively. At the same time, strengthen the verification management. When the client uses the electronic official seal or consults the electronic official document, it can verify the official seal of the electronic official document. Generally, it refers to the signer's name, official seal name, signature time, signature method, electronic text information, etc. of the official seal, and carries out identity verification and official seal verification to ensure the legal use of the official seal.
