Who owns the house according to the name on the property certificate?
The house belongs to the person named in the real estate license, as the case may be. Because according to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, the house does not necessarily belong to the party signing the real estate license, and it is decided in two situations:

1. If the property ownership certificate does not belong to the joint property of husband and wife, the payer on the property ownership certificate is the owner of the house;

2. If it belongs to the joint property of husband and wife, then the signature of either party of the rent title certificate belongs to the joint property of husband and wife; If a couple divorces, they should share the property equally.
