2. If the purchaser is unable to sign due to special circumstances, he may entrust other adult citizens to sign and seal in writing.
3. As long as there is a written authorization from the buyer, it is valid for the agent to sign on behalf of the buyer.
If there is no authorization, the contract is invalid.
It doesn't matter if you pay the house price in one lump sum, get the real estate license, land certificate and contract.
Mortgage, bank mortgage requires my signature, and the handwriting is wrong. After the bank finds it, it needs to be re-signed and the contract needs to be re-signed. Generally speaking, it doesn't matter much, unless you want to check out, then of course you take advantage.
