Enter "gpedit.msc" in the "Search web and windows" input box in the taskbar in the lower right corner, and the computer will search for it by itself. When the search is finished, click Open.

Open the Local Group Policy Manager.

Click Open Computer Configuration Options, then find Windows Settings Options, find and open Security Settings Options from Windows Settings, then open Local Policy, and finally open Security Options.

Find "Account: Administrator Status" and you can see that the status is "Disabled". What we need is to open it.

Right-click Account: Administrator Status and select Properties from the shortcut menu that pops up.

In the Account: Administrator Status attribute, simply select Enable.

If you want to modify the name of the administrator account, locate "Account, Rename System Administrator Account", right-click and select Properties.

The default name of the system administrator is Administrator. You can modify it according to your own preferences. If you don't want to change the name, you can ignore this step.

Infinite restart

For Windows 10, restarting can solve most problems. But once there is a problem that can't be solved by restarting, it will be embarrassing and fall into an infinite loop of restarting. In this case, you can solve it like this:

Right-click this computer, click Properties, and then click Advanced System Settings on the left.

Switch to the advanced tab in the pop-up system properties window.

Click the settings in the "Enable and Restore" column, and uncheck "Automatic Restart" in the "System Failure" column to save.

In most cases, this operation can solve the problem. If not, press win+R, enter "msconfig" in the command window to open the system setting interface, switch to the "General" tab, check "Diagnostic Start", and click OK to restart the computer. If not, turn off the quick start function.

Can't use a printer

As we all know, Windows 10 can automatically install "universal drivers" compatible with most devices, but these drivers are often not fully functional, so it is best to use official drivers. However, some older printers often pop up a prompt that "third-party INF does not contain digital signature information" when installing drivers.

We can solve this problem in the following ways: select "Update and Security" in the setup application, click Restart Now in the recovery, select "Troubleshooting → Advanced Options → Start Setup", then select "Disable driver forced signature" and click Restart.

We will also encounter the problem of "unable to connect the printer" during use. The problem lies in the system settings. Open the control panel → administrative tools → services, find the "background printer", double-click the service, set the startup type to automatic in the general submenu of the property menu, and click Start to save in the service status.
