Application process:

1. It's simple to go through the formalities of filing the rental house.

1. Property Ownership Certificate (original and copy)

2. Original lease contract

3. ID cards of both parties to the lease (original and photocopy)

4. Letter of Commitment for Lease Filing (prior consent of the property owner is required)

5. Photos of houses, apartment buildings, bedrooms, living rooms and house numbers are printed on a piece of A4 paper.

Matters needing attention for the record of Housing Authority:

1. The applicant needs to go with the landlord himself.

2. If the landlord is old or unwell, he can entrust his relatives to act as agents in writing. The power of attorney should reflect the landlord's ID number and autograph and press the handprint.

3. You need to bring the original ID card of the client.

4. No other seals are allowed on all copies (such copies are only used for seals with similar words in house lease).
