1. Turn off the water supply switch in public places such as office buildings, teaching buildings, experimental buildings and libraries after use, and resolutely put an end to all kinds of leakage.
2. The water consumption of student apartments and canteens cannot exceed the school quota. Responsible units should adjust water supply according to the season and progress, strengthen supervision, and resolutely put an end to the phenomenon of "running water"; Improve the reuse rate of water, and actively create conditions to recycle bath water for sanitary washing and mopping the floor. Personal toilets in student apartments are managed by metering and charging.
3. Strictly check the patrol system, regularly check and replace the aging water supply pipeline, and install or replace the economical faucet and sanitary ware in time.
4. Green space maintenance water should be irrigated scientifically and timely according to seasonal and weather changes, and actively create conditions to effectively use backwashing water, rainwater and reclaimed water from own water plants to irrigate campus flowers and trees, and minimize direct use of tap water for irrigation.
5. Campus tea shall be managed by metering and charging, the time and quantity of hot water shall be adjusted scientifically and reasonably, and heat preservation measures shall be strengthened to reduce energy consumption.
6. Strengthen the management of production water and construction water. Make sure the measurement is accurate and the expenses are turned over to the school finance.
(2) Save electricity
1. Lighting in public places such as offices, classrooms, laboratories, reading rooms, corridors, etc. should be adjusted and turned off in time according to work and rest time, and automatic control switches should be used as far as possible. Leave the workplace for a long time, and turn off the lights after work, class and leaving the dormitory.
2. Strictly manage outdoor lighting and scientifically adjust the opening and closing time. Control the lights used in the fan-shaped square, and regularly switch on and off the lights used for night safety lighting.
3. When using office automation equipment such as computers and printers, it is necessary to minimize standby consumption, turn off all kinds of electrical equipment in time after long-term use or after work, turn off the main switch of the patch panel or unplug the power socket.
4. Promote the use of air-conditioning energy-saving devices and strictly control the configuration and management of air conditioners. Office air conditioning temperature is not lower than 26℃ in summer and not higher than 20℃ in winter. Don't turn on the air conditioner when no one is around, don't open the doors and windows when turning on the air conditioner, and turn off the air conditioner half an hour before going to work. Units or individuals are prohibited from using high-power electrical appliances in offices, classrooms and other public places to reduce the load of electrical equipment.
5. Strictly check the patrol system and regularly check the electricity consumption.
