No matter who has oral problems, the simplest ones are stones and inflammation of gums, which can't be completely normal.
Example:
Chief complaint (CC): oral discomfort 1 day.
Examination (PE): The gingiva of the whole mouth is slightly red and swollen, the calculus is 2 degrees, the mucosa is not red and swollen, and the teeth are not loose or decayed.
Diagnosis (IMP): Full mouth gingivitis
Full-mouth calculus 2 degrees
Treatment: It is recommended to clean the mouth thoroughly.
