1. Fresh and previous graduates of teacher majors from ordinary normal universities should apply for recognition of corresponding teacher qualifications and submit their materials through online application and on-site confirmation. Online reporting time: April 5 to May 10, 2016, on-site confirmation time: June 20 to June 24, 2016, on-site confirmation location: Human Resources Department of Wushan County Education and Sports Bureau.

3. Specific steps:

(1) Correctly choose the online reporting portal.

Applicants who have participated in the National Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination: passed the written test and interview, and obtained the "Certificate of Qualification for the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination" issued by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education, select the "Online Application Portal for Qualified Applicants of the National Unified Examination" "Apply online;

Applicants who have graduated from normal education and have passed the "Education" and "Psychology" courses for teacher qualification certification organized by the Gansu Provincial Self-Study Examination Office choose "Not participating in the national Unified Examination Applicants Online Application Portal" to apply online.

(2) Fill in the online application information carefully.

After entering the application system, applicants should carefully read the online application instructions and regulations and fill in the information as required (major: graduate students choose category one; undergraduate students choose category two; junior college students choose category three). The information reported online must be true, accurate, and complete. The applicant shall be responsible for any consequences caused by false reporting, misreporting, or omissions.

(3) Correctly select the certification agency and on-site confirmation location.

For those who apply for kindergarten or primary school, the accreditation agency and on-site confirmation point should choose the "County District Education and Sports Bureau" where the household registration or work unit is located.

(4)Upload photos as required.

The photo is a registration photo without a hat in the past three months. The format and size are: *.jpg format, 114 pixels wide and 156 pixels high. The size is within 20K. Paste it on the "Teacher Qualification Certification Application Form" , "Physical Examination Form for Personnel Applying for Recognition of Teacher Qualifications" and the photo provided during on-site confirmation are on the same bottom.

(5) Print the "Teacher Qualification Certification Application Form" and the Ideological and Moral Appraisal Opinion Form online and sign them.

Method 1: After the applicant has completed filling in the online application information, log in again to the homepage of the online application, click "Online Print Teacher Qualification Application Form" on the right side of the page, and select A4 as the paper size for printing on both sides. 2. Non-teaching majors and those who have obtained academic qualifications through self-examination, correspondence, etc. must hold a certificate in education or educational psychology and register for the education and teaching ability test. Those who pass the test must Apply online. The online reporting time and on-site confirmation time are the same as above.

1. Registration time for education and teaching ability test: April 4 to April 15, 2016. Registration location: Human Resources Department of Wushan County Education and Sports Bureau. The test time and location will be notified separately.

2. To register for the education and teaching ability test, you must submit the following original documents: ① Graduation certificate, ② Mandarin certificate (Level B or above), ③ ID card, ④ Household registration book, ⑤ Qualified in education and psychology Certificate, ⑥ 2 1-inch photos (the requirements are the same as the photos uploaded in the online declaration).

The above two categories of personnel will undergo physical examinations at the county CDC on an empty stomach from May 17 to May 19.

3. For on-site confirmation, you need to submit 2 copies of the "Application Form for Teacher Qualification Certification" (print front and back of A4 paper, attach a 2-inch photo with the same background as the online application) 1 copy of the Ideological and Moral Appraisal Form; graduation certificate, Mandarin 2 copies of certificate (level two or above), ID card, household register, educational psychology certificate and other documents (one should be submitted to the on-site confirmation point, and the other should be submitted to the office window of the Education and Sports Bureau of the County Government Affairs Hall).
